Inn at Historic Concord

Great hotel overall. Simple but everything works. Rooms are very small but the bed is comfortable. Ron has enough amenities. Breakfast is great but the quality of items isn't too high. But there is a wide selection of items available for breakfast. They check in staff is very friendly and so is the checkout. The premises are very clean and orderly. The Internet Was too slow or it didn't work at all

This was a great stay. The clerk was very welcoming and had all the important information. The room itself was very clean and fresh. It did not feel like we were right off of route 2. The breakfast was amazing compared to other hotels I have visited. Well done.

Overall for price was a good stay. Desk chairs need updating if you plan to work from hotel room. Breakfast was good not great. Potatoes and sausage were both soggy and under cooked and pastries were dry. Otherwise breakfast was good.

When I tell you that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, I say this with pride. Genuinely incredible staff, very attentive and helpful, the person who worked the night of our check in date was super friendly and courteous, sadly forgot to get her name but she was awesome. The breakfast is absolutely the best I've had in a standard hotel, full on scrambled eggs with bacon/sausage, little triangle potato things, pancakes, bagels, cereal, this is what breakfast should be like in every place. They had a gorgeous pool, which sadly we couldn't use due to just not having our swimming attire/it being the middle of October, but it looked clean as anything. Our room had a balcony area, was extremely clean, chargers above the bed, a heat lamp in the bathroom, which my girlfriend, now fiancé since I proposed during my time in this area, absolutely loved. Oh yeah, plus my girlfriend and I got engaged here, I was super nervous, but they made us feel like we were at home. This is a fantastic hotel, old school sure, but none the less, if we end up taking another trip to Salem, this will be our hotel of choice. No questions asked. Sure its about an hour away, but I'd rather drive a bit and stay at a place I know will be a fantastic stay. I say this with over 4 years of hospitality under my belt, amazing hotel.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good location. It's a quiet area within a half hour drive of Boston and less than a quarter of an hour from historic parks. Every room has a balcony/patio with chairs, and since we had a room facing the woods it was a nice place to wind down. The continental breakfast is what you'd expect. It's not great food, but it fills your stomach and the area is kept very clean. And I always appreciate a nonsmoking room that actually sticks by that (they have a little sign in the room warning of a large fine if that rule is broken). The only complaint I can muster is that the towels are rough (probably a result of the pool), but they aren't unbearable. Bring your own if that would be a problem. Overall, it's a great affordable hotel.

It was a very calm comfortable and peaceful environment. My room was excellent and charming. The service was great and kind. I will stay at the Best Western anywhere in the planet. The decor taste was very elegant and enjoyable. The water pressure of shower was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Thank you

This is an excellent motel. Room size and decor are perfect: even have small patios, some facing the woods. There is a workout room and pool. Breakfast is great, staff very friendly. Extremely clean. Enjoy this more than many "fancy" hotels I have stayed in

Was visiting family and thus location to attractions wasn't a concern. Room seemed a bit dilapidated with old electrical outlets, sticky doors--swollen, an odd screw hole here and there in the bathroom tiles and dark long corridors leading to the rooms. The beds and linens were fine. The shower pressure was great and their complimentary buffet style breakfast wasn't bad. They offered a wide selection of item, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, danishes, hot oatmeal, cereal, yogurts, gluten free sliced bread, coffee, assorted juices, tea, etc. It would have been great if they had non-dairy alternatives for milk, or lactose free milk. We did not use their pool during and can't comment on it. Overall, our stay was good and if visiting the area again, we would consider this place again.
